Description
Our client is a forward-looking premier institution. We are sourcing on behalf of our client for a Membership Services Manager, based in Singapore.Responsibilities:
- Administers and manages Membership and Student Members Registration
- Organises Membership Activities including outreach, promotion, and services
- Engages and develops partnerships with relevant partner agencies, engineering organisations, and schools
- Develops and manages processes for regularly identifying member needs, feedback on programs and services.
- Manages budgets of Membership operation, events, and activities
- Manages and develops staff in the Membership Team
- Leads, motivates and works with the Membership Executive to meet KPIs
- Provides support in developing and achieving tactical goals and deliverables
- Analyse data, facts and figures and conclude meaningful implications on initiatives and propose changes that can enhance its effectiveness
Requirements:
- Possesses mínimally 8 years of relevant experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in management
- Possesses good spoken and written communication, networking and presentation skills,
- Able to analyse issues and formulate action plan within given constraint to solve problem
- Reliable and able to perform under pressure and stressful situation to meet agreed deadlines and deliverables to support departmental goal
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Software
