Description
Our client is a forward-looking premier institution. We are sourcing on behalf of our client for a Membership Services Manager, based in Singapore.


Responsibilities:


  • Administers and manages Membership and Student Members Registration
  • Organises Membership Activities including outreach, promotion, and services
  • Engages and develops partnerships with relevant partner agencies, engineering organisations, and schools
  • Develops and manages processes for regularly identifying member needs, feedback on programs and services.
  • Manages budgets of Membership operation, events, and activities
  • Manages and develops staff in the Membership Team
  • Leads, motivates and works with the Membership Executive to meet KPIs
  • Provides support in developing and achieving tactical goals and deliverables
  • Analyse data, facts and figures and conclude meaningful implications on initiatives and propose changes that can enhance its effectiveness

Requirements:


  • Possesses mínimally 8 years of relevant experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in management
  • Possesses good spoken and written communication, networking and presentation skills,
  • Able to analyse issues and formulate action plan within given constraint to solve problem
  • Reliable and able to perform under pressure and stressful situation to meet agreed deadlines and deliverables to support departmental goal
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Software
