The day-to-day activities:

Build and manage regional commercial activities, business development, partnerships, account management, marketing and sales operations
Manage a portfolio of partners, helping them drive longterm sustainable business growth and customer satisfaction with Igloos products and services
Lead endtoend key partnerships: opportunity identification, deal structuring, negotiation and implementation, with significant autonomy covering Igloos products and services
Build relationships and engage with senior leadership both internally and externally with strategic partners to drive key agenda and initiatives
Identify key challenges and opportunities to improve how we engage and serve our key partners, and actively help with problem solving in order to execute actionable plans
Keep partners uptodate on Igloos products, features, and solutions, as well as recognize the market needs to provide feedback to strategies and product roadmap.

What we expect from you:

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in digital platforms, strategy consulting, business development or experience managing commercial partnerships
High throughput. Strong bias towards action with the reputation of someone who gets things done. You love having a lot on your plate and get energy from being busy.
Strategic thinker. Able to add value to a business strategy or negotiation
Strong interpersonal skills. Know how to build trust and negotiate with partners to build long term relationships
Ability to multitask and deal with time pressure in an unstructured environment; ability to work through uncertainty
Entrepreneurial approach and a selfstarter personality are a "musthave"
Experience working with data and analytics tools
