Senior/ Service Advisor

Job Purpose

This role is for Strides Premier (joint venture between Strides and Premier).

Responsibilities

Perform check in and out of vehicles (Taxis, Private vehicles, Commercial vehicles)
Follow up with drivers on servicing and inspection appointment
Update drivers on vehicle status
Prepare quotation and proforma invoices
Perform reminder calls to drivers/customers
Shifting of vehicles
Filing documents
Assist with vehicle movement report preparation rotational basis
Perform frontline duties
Adhoc assignments by Service centre manager

Qualifications & Work Experience

Working Experience in the Automotive Industry would be preferred.
Minimum of 6 'O' Level Passes or SPM 5
