As part of succession and growth, they are seeking a COO to spearhead the organization and be fully accountable for driving continued profitable organic growth and increasing their market share within the highly competitive local market.

Their ability to be both strategic, in influencing the direction of the business, together with the operational knowledge to be hands-on, dive into the detail, and ensure maximum value and satisfaction for all stakeholders, from contract conception to handover.

Business management experience, having held P&L responsibility for a multi-billion business, as part of an already impressive career record, including periods of continuous and highly progressive employment.

A natural gravitas, together with being financially astute, articulate and possessing strong client relationship skills. Ensuring you quickly make an impact and win the confidence of clients, peers and the relevant authorities.
