Job Description:
Oversee daily work activities of operations teams
Approve or prepare operations budgets, production schedules and other reports
Meet operations team leaders to discuss issues related to sales, supply chain or distribution
Manage workloads with various teams and delegate work as necessary to meet deadlines
Resolve operations-related work problems such as supply chain, quality control
Cultivate and maintain work relationships with suppliers and customers
Look over financial statements, sales reports and other performance data to gauge productivity and achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales goals.
Provide work guidance and advice to subordinates and coach other colleagues
Recruiting, training, and retraining employees.
Perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by GM
Job Requirements:
With relevant working experience in an automotive industry with customer facing experience and general cross-functional operations, commercial, financial background
Excellent negotiator with proven track record to close deal and win new business
At least 5 years of motor industry experience and with CGI Certification will be bouns
Good leadership and people managing skills
Ability to multi-task in a team environment while able to work independently
Ability to solve complex problems within tight deadlines
Good negotiation, interpersonal and communications skills
Good analytical and time management skills
Meticulous, organized and possess initiative
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in MS Office
