To engage, gather feedback, and take steps to enhance the wellbeing and experience of employees.
Work on engaging the nursing staff to improve the communal living at the dormitory
Provides daytoday support on employee relations issues and policy interpretation
Exposure to BAU activities like performance appraisals, accommodation planning, and disciplinary cases.
