**Responsibilities: - Lead an Operations team to modernise and produce enterprise-level services for Active Directory and User Identity and Access Management for Singtel.

  • Perform the role of Subject Matter Expert for complex issues related to Active Directory and user identity projects and issues.
  • Identify opportunities to innovate, extend and enhance service delivery related to directory services and access.
  • Supervise Root Cause Analysis and Problem Management in day to day management of corporate Identity Management and directory services.
  • Manage a team to perform daily service monitoring, verifying the security, integrity and availability of AD, UAM, PKI and MFA services, and managing outsourced partners' resources to support the same objectives
  • Ensure Active Directory and User Access Management services comply with Singtel policies, standards and operational guidelines.
  • Maintain system documentation for domain technologies, including installation, configuration, and appropriate SOPs.
  • Improve existing processes through solutions to recurring problems and enhancements to existing solutions or documentation.
  • Provide training to team members to drive operational excellence
  • Manage customer satisfaction through effectively communicating and managing customer expectations
  • Ensure maximum availability (including HA and DR) of all IT Services (AD, MFA, PKI, UAM, IDAM, etc).
  • Lead and supervise Operational Clean Up and Data Centre move activities.
  • Ensure all AD accounts are created and deleted timely.
**Requirements: - At least 12 years of experience working with Microsoft Identity technologies including Active Directory, Windows File Services, and Group Policies.

  • Expert knowledge in administering Active Directory (AD) and GPO's.
  • Expert knowledge of AD, ADFS, PKI in Windows Servers.
  • Expert knowledge of DNS, DHCP, WINS, DFS, MFA, Microsoft enterprise technology.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft IP&G, Microsoft Exchange, UAM products.
  • Must have deep and thorough understanding of monitoring best practices, and compliance to best practices for security and operations.
  • Develops, documents, and enforces the standards, security procedures, and controls for access to ensure integrity of the Windows Systems, Active Directory, and related systems.
  • Knowledge of server virtualization technologies, preferably VMware and/or Microsoft technologies.
  • Expert knowledge of MS Active Directory, GPO Policies, Multi-Factor Authentication Solutions
  • Expert knowledge of user identity management principles and deployment
