Human Resources Assistant Manager - Singapore - IHI ASIA PACIFIC PTE. LTD.
Description
The HR Assistant Manager contribute as key focus to support all expatriate matters including but not limited to : rental apartment, taxation.
He or she to serve as business partner and trusted partner to all business leaders, providing comprehensive HR support and guidance.
1)
Recruitment Strategy:
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and acquire top talent across APAC. Collaborate with hiring managers and HR PIC to understand talent requirements, create job descriptions, and determine sourcing strategies.
2)
General Management:
Collaborate with all Japanese business leaders from all BA to understand their goals, challenges, and talent needs and support on education subsidy, home leave, taxation, housing policies
3) Act as a liaison between the company's headquarters in Japan and the local Singapore office regarding HR-related issues.
4) Provide guidance and support to Japanese employees on matters related to benefits, payroll, and performance management
5) Plan and propose employee satisfaction survey with action plan for all employees within IHIAP.
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by HOD
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in HR or Business management
- At least 8 to 10 years of general HRM/HRD experience,
- Proficient in Japanese Language (both written & spoken)
- Experience working with Japanese companies will be a plus
- Willing to travel within short notice
