Description
As a Customer Service Manager, your main responsibility is to oversee the customer service team and ensure that customers receive excellent service at all times.
You will be responsible for handling customer complaints and feedback, training and coaching customer service staff, and implementing processes and procedures to improve customer satisfaction.
Individual to haveProven experience in customer service management, preferably in the tourism or hospitality industryStrong leadership and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and under pressureGood communication skills and conflict resolution skillsExperience with customer service software and toolsPrior experience in managing a team of customer service staff is a plus, but not required.
