I am looking for a Regional Marketing Manager for a global Biopharma business focusing on VN, MY & PH. You will take responsibility for a $2billion portfolio that they are looking to grow via a large number of new product launches. This role will look to influence the distribution partners in the region, they have a unique model where they want to be known as the highend expensive product so they will need you to help brand them as luxury drugs.
They don't believe in the old school distributor model, they aren't looking for a KPI reviewer and stick waver but an influencer who can encourage the best out of people across the region.

The Regional Marketing Manager will be responsible for:

Collaborating with the Commercial Lead to develop a strategic plan to boost Southeast Asia Partner Markets' business growth.
Building and managing strong business relationships with partners to achieve mutually agreedupon business outcomes, which may require travel to different countries for meetings with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
Lead new product launches in Partner Markets in alignment with internal and external stakeholders.

In order to be successful, the Regional Marketing Manager will be/have:

Degree Qualified
Relevant Sales & Marketing Experience
Experience in managing partners in South-East Asia markets. Ability to influence & lead project teams.
