Description
Work closely with the Sales team to understand and define client's key business drivers and requirements

  • Support Sales team throughout the contract lifecycle, including being present at client review meetings to identify opportunities to upsell existing accounts
  • Liaise with clients to develop project documentation, such as Statement of Work and implementation plans
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure effective delivery of projects
  • Lead a group of vendors during the implementation phase to ensure deliverables are punctual with no downtime during the course of work
  • Propose technically viable solutions that satisfies client requirements and add value to the overall proposal
  • Ensure all documents and drawings are in place before handover to Service Operations team.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in data Centre A&A works is a must
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment
  • Knowledge in M&E systems setup, ability to interpret drawings/schematic diagrams
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Willingness to work on weekends or after office hours if and when necessary.
