Description
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operations
- Report to Manager to support the admin function
- Carry out administrative duties, such as excel data cleaning
- Drive customercentric mindset and behaviour, such as following up on customer feedback
- Utilise data tools (MS Excel) and formulae to synthesise data sets and create reports/charts/dashboards for analysis to generate insights for service improvements
- Operationalise and implement survey mechanisms
- Track and monitor performance through Customer Experience metrics
- Write meeting minutes
- Audit, FGD, research support
- Training and meeting admin support
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in administrative work
- Good stakeholder engagement, project management and interpersonal skills
- Resourceful, independent, highly driven and selfmotivated, resilient and versatile to manage diversity and ambiguity
- Experience with excel dashboards, charts generation and reporting tools, or other charts visualisation tool preferred.
