FMCG Industry located in the
West has opening for **Customer Service Representative


Responsibilities:


  • To process customers' sales orders (daily)
  • Daily tracking & monitoring of customers' orders
  • Handle credit note and to update in the system
  • Ensure goods return updated in the system
  • Updating stock inventory reports
  • Coordinates delivery schedules
  • Participate in stock count when needed
  • Preparing of management report on inventory & service level

Job Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills
  • A team player
