Our Client, in theFMCG Industry located in the
West has opening for **Customer Service Representative
Responsibilities:
- To process customers' sales orders (daily)
- Daily tracking & monitoring of customers' orders
- Handle credit note and to update in the system
- Ensure goods return updated in the system
- Updating stock inventory reports
- Coordinates delivery schedules
- Participate in stock count when needed
- Preparing of management report on inventory & service level
Job Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, PowerPoint
- Good interpersonal & communication skills
- A team player
