Description
The role is to provide agency operations support to the Agency Group.

  • Prepare notifications to Borrowers/Agents/Participants on drawdowns, rollovers, interest rate fixings and repayments
  • Update control sheets, other records for drawdowns, rollovers, interest rate fixing and repayments
  • Make necessary communications with Borrowers/Agents/Participants and internal staff to handle agency
  • Dispatch information received to relevant parties
  • Assist / support on auditors' or regulators' queries and examination
  • Perform any other duties assigned from time to time

Qualification / Experience / Knowledge

  • Diploma in Business Administration, Banking and Finance
  • Minimum 1 to 3 years' experience in agency and /or loan administration in banks with ability to read loan agreements
  • Proficient in English and Chinese language (both written and spoken)
  • Ability to construct Swift messages and use of Debt Domain will be an advantage
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
  • Meticulous, proactive and a positive attitude
