**Key Responsibilities:

Member Engagement and Support:


  • Welcome new members, introduce them to the space, and assist with onboarding processes.
  • Proactively engage with existing members, addressing their needs, and ensuring a comfortable and inclusive environment.
  • Foster a supportive atmosphere by encouraging networking, collaboration, and community involvement.

Events and Programming:


  • Plan and organize events, workshops, and seminars to promote community interaction and professional development.
  • Collaborate with members and external partners to deliver diverse and engaging events that cater to the interests of the community.
  • Manage event logistics, including scheduling, promotion, and coordination.

Space Management:


  • Oversee daytoday operations of the coworking space, ensuring it is clean, organized, and fully functional.
  • Monitor and manage space availability, desk reservations, and meeting room bookings.
  • Address any facility issues promptly and liaise with property management if necessary.

Marketing and Outreach:


  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new members and increase community engagement.

Member Relations:


  • Mediate and resolve any conflicts or disputes among members, maintaining a harmonious environment.
  • Conduct regular member surveys to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
  • Establish relationships with local businesses, organizations, and service providers to enhance member benefits and foster a broader network.
  • Seek opportunities for crosspromotion and collaboration within the broader community.

Budget and Financial Management:


  • Assist with the development and maintenance of the coworking space budget.
  • Ensure effective financial management, tracking expenses, and managing revenue collection.

Qualifications and Skills:


  • Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Previous experience in community management, customer service, or event planning is an advantage.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to connect with diverse members and facilitate community building.
  • Strong organizational abilities to manage events, space operations, and member interactions effectively.
  • Ability to multitask and handle various responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Proficient in using productivity tools, social media, and event management platforms.
  • A proactive and energetic attitude, along with a passion for fostering community connections.
