Job Summary:

The Rainmaker Deal Introducer will play a pivotal role in identifying, assessing, and introducing trade sale, listed, and unlisted investment opportunities to our Family Office, with a specific focus on deals that offer favorable valuations, such as those with a price-to-book ratio of less than 1.

This role requires a deep understanding of the financial landscape, excellent networking skills, and the ability to uncover and present deals that align with our investment criteria while providing compelling valuation propositions.

You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to drive successful investment outcomes, emphasizing deals with immediate execution potential and appealing valuations.


Responsibilities:

Deal Sourcing:Proactively identify potential trade sale, listed, and unlisted investment opportunities with favorable valuations, prioritizing deals that can be executed immediately.
Maintain a dynamic pipeline of valuation-driven deal prospects while considering longer-term investment strategies.

Due Diligence:Conduct thorough due diligence on valuation-driven deal opportunities, focusing on financial analysis, market dynamics, competitive landscape, and risk evaluation.
Present comprehensive due diligence reports, highlighting valuation aspects, to aid the Family Office in making informed decisions.

Relationship Building:Leverage your extensive network to source deals with attractive valuations, engaging with entrepreneurs, brokers, and industry contacts known for delivering value-driven opportunities.

Deal Presentation:Prepare persuasive investment proposals and presentations that emphasize not only strategic fit but also the compelling valuations of immediate deal opportunities.

Collaboration:Collaborate with internal teams to expedite due diligence processes while ensuring valuation-related factors are comprehensively evaluated.
Work closely with legal, compliance, and financial experts to structure and execute deals with appealing valuations.

Negotiation and Valuation Optimization:Demonstrate strong negotiation skills to optimize valuations while aligning with the Family Office's investment strategy.
Employ valuation techniques and strategies to enhance deal outcomes.
