Job Description & Requirements

  • Source for production materials, supply and services in a timely and effective manner
  • Responsible for Material Planning requirements and forecasting
  • Responsible for inventory control accuracy, stock replenishment, capacity planning, timely processing of all inbound and outbound activities
  • Maintain reliable and accurate stock records in the system
  • Daily planning and control of inventories and warehouse space
  • Identify and investigate inventory discrepancies and recommend for improvement
  • Manage inventory reports/other warehouse reports
  • Ensure the quality and reliability of materials purchased as per QA requirements
  • Maintain good rapport with suppliers and vendors to ensure that best in time delivery and services
  • Responsible for suppliers and vendors sourcing, selection and negotiation
.Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent

.Relevant experience in material planning and inventory control

.Knowledge of ERP System
