Responsibilities:
- Assist the Facilities Manager in overseeing facilities operations for a specified site.
- Coordinate and schedule proactive maintenance, pest control, horticulture, and security management tasks.
- Investigate and analyze reported malfunctions and faults to identify root causes and prevent future incidents.
- Supervise external contractors to ensure adherence to service standards during maintenance work.
- Ensure the site is wellmaintained by overseeing upkeep activities.
- Contribute to upholding a superior service standard for the designated location.
Requirements:
- Min Diploma in any discipline
- Experience in handling Grade A office building
