A Singapore based healthcare company with leading edge disruptive technology validated and accepted by global experts in the field in USA, Europe and China, having achieved successful commercialisation breakthroughs towards profitability, is looking for a Corporate Communications & Public Relations Officer.

Corporate Communications

Responsible for external and stakeholder communications, corporate profile, and branding of HistoIndex
Serve as a point-of-contact across the organization to harmonize communication activities
Conceptualize and produce executive announcements and letters, management presentations, etc
Monitor annual department budget to ensure milestones are achieved within budget
Conduct research and identify new collaborative opportunities with target audience or reputable industry events that may contribute to HistoIndex's business revenue
Perform other ad hoc tasks assigned

Media Relations

Generate media strategies, pitches, and press releases on HistoIndex's initiatives and achievements through print and online media and industry news platforms (local or overseas)
Respond to media queries sent by print and online media and industry news platforms (local or overseas)
Liaise with communications counterparts of collaborating companies to facilitate statements by spokespersons and execute press release announcements
Monitor print, online and social media (local and overseas) for news reports on artificial intelligence-based digital pathology systems, drug development affairs on specific diseases and relevant industry updates

Marketing Communications

Develop content and marketing strategies for HistoIndex's engagement with target audience
Conceptualize and produce content for corporate, marketing and online, including presentations, electronic direct mailers, e-posters, videos, podcasts, etc
Manage and execute publications and collaterals both internally and externally including website and social media platform

Events and Outreach

Organize and execute closed-door industry meetings with target audience to achieve objectives and goals of HistoIndex
Manage and execute sponsorships for industry organizations and events, and sourcing for relevant event partnerships to promote HistoIndex's visibility
Maintain and update records consisting of scientific and medical journal publications and industry conference presentations featuring the use of HistoIndex's proprietary technology to monitor milestone progress
Liaise with industry partners and committees on outreach opportunities such as speaker invitations for senior management

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree required in public relations, communications, marketing, journalism or related field.
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of communications experience.
Outstanding writing, communication, presentation, speech writing and editing skills; ability to craft powerful, credible and engaging messages.
Proven ability to absorb large amounts of complex information and distill into compelling, clear and consistent concepts that will be understood and memorable by large and diverse audiences.
Strong knowledge of emerging and established social media technologies, platforms and channels.
Experience working with the media, including drafting of position statements, news releases and related materials, and building relationships.
Strong organization and coordination skills, event organization experience is preferable

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work well under pressure
