This position is for GWC Commercial Pte Ltd
, a company under Kuok (Singapore) Ltd.

  • Assist in programme operational activities, liaisons with tenants and vendors
  • Manage and support programmerelated enquiries and/or feedback, ensuring prompt and effective response
  • Key person for programme device and drive continuous process improvements to enhance members' experience
  • Assist and attend to requests for corporate vouchers
  • Assist/Setup members' engagement campaigns/communications on programme's digital channels
  • Track and prepare reports for weekly, monthly and adhoc meetings as required
  • Track and timely update of department budget
  • Liaise with multiple stakeholders and ensure timely response
  • Other adhoc duties as assigned from time to time
  • Diploma / Degree in Business Management / Marketing or related field
  • Service/Customer oriented and able to work under pressure in managing priorities effectively and efficiently
  • Comfortable working and communicating directly with stakeholders
  • Team player, selfdriven and with an eye for detail
  • Possess strong willingness to learn and good work attitude
  • Highly motivated and positiveminded
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Able to start work within short notice is an added advantage
