This position is for GWC Commercial Pte Ltd
, a company under Kuok (Singapore) Ltd.
- Assist in programme operational activities, liaisons with tenants and vendors
- Manage and support programmerelated enquiries and/or feedback, ensuring prompt and effective response
- Key person for programme device and drive continuous process improvements to enhance members' experience
- Assist and attend to requests for corporate vouchers
- Assist/Setup members' engagement campaigns/communications on programme's digital channels
- Track and prepare reports for weekly, monthly and adhoc meetings as required
- Track and timely update of department budget
- Liaise with multiple stakeholders and ensure timely response
- Other adhoc duties as assigned from time to time
- Diploma / Degree in Business Management / Marketing or related field
- Service/Customer oriented and able to work under pressure in managing priorities effectively and efficiently
- Comfortable working and communicating directly with stakeholders
- Team player, selfdriven and with an eye for detail
- Possess strong willingness to learn and good work attitude
- Highly motivated and positiveminded
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Able to start work within short notice is an added advantage
