This position is for GWC Commercial Pte Ltd

Assist in programme operational activities, liaisons with tenants and vendors
Manage and support programmerelated enquiries and/or feedback, ensuring prompt and effective response
Key person for programme device and drive continuous process improvements to enhance members' experience
Assist and attend to requests for corporate vouchers
Assist/Setup members' engagement campaigns/communications on programme's digital channels
Track and prepare reports for weekly, monthly and adhoc meetings as required
Track and timely update of department budget
Liaise with multiple stakeholders and ensure timely response
Other adhoc duties as assigned from time to time
Diploma / Degree in Business Management / Marketing or related field
Service/Customer oriented and able to work under pressure in managing priorities effectively and efficiently
Comfortable working and communicating directly with stakeholders
Team player, selfdriven and with an eye for detail
Possess strong willingness to learn and good work attitude
Highly motivated and positiveminded
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Able to start work within short notice is an added advantage
