HR & Admin Executive - Singapore - INTRICON PTE. LTD.
Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist in full spectrum of HR functions covering recruitment & orientation, compensation & benefits, trainings & developments, employee relations & wellness activities
- Provide support in streamlining HR policies, systems & procedures
- Review and update Employee Handbook
- Ensure that current HR practices follow MOM regulations
- Answering incoming phone calls and attending to visitors
- Arrange and administer travel arrangement for employees
- Organise hotel and transportation for overseas visitors
- Handling general admin duties including replenishments of stationery and office supplies, etc
- Support Human Resources Manager in adhoc HR related projects
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Human resource management or business related
- Minimum 5 years working experience in Human resource and administration function preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Good Knowledge of Employment Act and HR Practices & regulations
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
- Handson, organized, selfdriven and detailed oriented
- Able to collaborate and work in teams
- Peopleoriented & Good Communication Skill
