Description

Responsibilities:


  • Assist in full spectrum of HR functions covering recruitment & orientation, compensation & benefits, trainings & developments, employee relations & wellness activities
  • Provide support in streamlining HR policies, systems & procedures
  • Review and update Employee Handbook
  • Ensure that current HR practices follow MOM regulations
  • Answering incoming phone calls and attending to visitors
  • Arrange and administer travel arrangement for employees
  • Organise hotel and transportation for overseas visitors
  • Handling general admin duties including replenishments of stationery and office supplies, etc
  • Support Human Resources Manager in adhoc HR related projects

Requirements:


  • Diploma or Degree in Human resource management or business related
  • Minimum 5 years working experience in Human resource and administration function preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Good Knowledge of Employment Act and HR Practices & regulations
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
  • Handson, organized, selfdriven and detailed oriented
  • Able to collaborate and work in teams
  • Peopleoriented & Good Communication Skill
