Description

Responsibilities:


  • Scrutinize projects' contract documents
  • Coordinate with engineers from Design Department on shop drawing production
  • Prepare budget for projects
  • Prepare monthly progress claims together with Contract Department
  • Attend site meetings
  • Liaise with client's representative and engineers to ensure smooth progress of work on site
  • Work closely with site supervisors and foremen on the deployment of workers onsite
  • Control wastages and productivity onsite
  • Prepare monthly Site Activity Reports
  • Prepare method statements and attend to site's technical problems
  • Observe and inculcate safety awareness among site personnel and workers
  • Ensure compliance with Company's IMS process and procedures
  • Ensure OSH risk assessments and EMS impact & aspect register are conducted and implemented in company operations
  • To be assigned to Oversea Projects when opportunities arise
  • Any other duties to be assigned to you from time to time

Pre-requisites:


  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English language
  • Outgoing personality and servicedriven with a positive and "cando" attitude
  • Proactive and selfmotivated in problemsolving
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings
  • Strong time management and project management skills
  • Proficient in the use of AUTOCAD software
  • Willing to travel or station overseas for projects
