Roles & Responsibilities

Sincere Healthcare Group is looking for a Clinic Assistant to join our dynamic Nursing/Clinical team in Singapore.

Position Objective

Provide day-to-day administrative and clinical support for the Clinic as assigned by supervisor.

Duties and Responsibilities

Patient Fronting Responsibilities

Register and schedule appointments for patients.
Answer inquiries from patients.
Handle incoming calls.
Prepare case notes and other required forms.
Chaperone doctors
Coordinate and liaise with international patients for administrative matters.

Claims/Billing Responsibilities

Coordinate and liaise with corporate insurance providers
Perform e-filling for Medisave and insurance claims
Raising of invoices and collection of payments

Other Clinical Responsibilities

Ensure the clinic facility is in good order.
Upkeep the pharmacy – order drugs and manage inventory.
Rotate to other clinics within the Company or Sincere Healthcare Group
Undertake such other duties as may be assigned.

Job Requirements

Candidate must possess at least Secondary School/"O" Level in Others or equivalent
Experience in performing medisave and insurance claims
Good IT skills.
Ability to speak mandarin will be an advantage.
Experience working in the healthcare industry will be advantageous.
