RESPONSIBILITIES
Receiving of orders and maintain a workflow records in our system.

Ensuring delivery of our products to end users in a timely manner.

Handle and resolve products quality & services issues with relevant parties.

Provide support to the operation supervisor.

General administrative duties in the production department.

Need to handle all in-house inspection.

Need to attend to all inspection issue.

Overall in-charge of Quality Management System.

Monitor Objectives and department KPI.

Handle all NCR, CAR and PAR needs.

AUTHORITIES
Approve Quality matters.

Overall in charge of all customer NC product.

Accountable
For all outgoing measurement and document needs.

For all QMS document.

For all quality record
