Our client is an international LNG trading MNC which is very stable and established. It is based in town (right next to a MRT station). The co allows for a WFH arrangement one day per week.

For this role, you are reporting to the Mgr, finance and accounting and will be performing an AP Accounts exec focused role

Key areas:

Accounting (GL/AP)

Posting of accounting entries in SAP systems
Updating records of entries made in the SAP system in excel sheet for easy reference
Maintaining proper records in the SAP systems
Recording of bank payments and receipts
Proper filing of digital books and simple administrations

Payment & Receipts

Payments for general operating expenses
Staff claims (Travelling allowances, entertainment etc.)
Corporate Card payments

Banking

Preparation of online payments via banking system
Monitoring bank balances

General Support

Audit support for providing related document
Fixed assets, prepaidexpenses schedules etc.
Assist in some monthend reporting documents as required
Assist in some tax filing documents as required
Any addhoc assigned

Cover AR when the AR accounts exec is on leave

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent with min 1 to 5 years of AP experience gained as an executive

Able to work well in a team and independently

Computer literate with good working knowledge of SAP is a plus:

Proficient in MS Word & MS Excel
