_Workshop Supervisor for Steel Structure in the construction Industry - Jurong ( alternate 51/2 Day) _

- Lead, manage & mentor a team of workshop workers to achieve production goals & maintain quality standards

- plan & schedule tasks, ensuring optimal utilization of resources and adherence to production schedules

- coordinate with other departments such as prodcution planning & quality control to ensure smooth workflow & timely completion of orders

- Train & onboard new recruits, ensuring they are familiar with workshop procedures, equipment operation & safety protocols

- collaborate with procurement to manage inventory levels of raw materials, tools & supplies required for production

- Gce O / N levels

- at least 2 years experience in a sipervisory or leadership role

- proven experience in managing production schedules, optimizing resource allocation & achieving production targets
**- Basic salary : S$ S$ 4000 neg
