What the role is

  • You assist in the management of Human Resource (HR) administrative matters to enhance organisational performance and employee engagement.

What you will be working on

  • On this, you support HR departments on the starttoend administration of various key HR processes such as preparation of letters of appointment, conducting reference checks and ensuring proper documentation of HR processes. Additionally, you maintain and create process flowcharts for employee life cycle stages, administer statistical methods and analytics approaches to derive insights, and provide data support for both internal requirements and external agencies.

What we are looking for

  • You should possess a tertiary qualification, preferably in HR with at least 5 years' work experience in HR related fields. You must possess good communication skills for interagency collaboration and also have good interpersonal skills to manage the team dynamics. You must be proficient in the usage of data and analytics software.
