Description
Planning daily schedule for Operations and Kitchen.

  • Training and coaching the staff for service quality and creativity of new ideas for setting up banquet and buffet.
  • Communicating with Event and Sales Manager to have smooth running of events.
  • Liaising with organizer of event to have accurate and timely setup.
  • Getting feedbacks from guests, handling complaints and responding in timely manner to have a successful event.
  • Having quick response to handle any lastminute changes.
  • Coordinating between kitchen staff and operations staff to establish timely delivery of food and setup for the events.
  • Ensuring staff and setup are ready before the event.
  • Arranging manpower to run the events.
  • Developing yearly new setup and ideas with Creative Director.

Requirements:


  • Degree in business or equivalent.
  • Min. 5 years' relevant working experience, preferably in F&B industry.
  • Outstanding ability to lead, motivate and train teams to achieve goals and KPIs
  • Strong financial and business acumen and excellent knowledge of latest market trends
  • Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Capable of multitasking, able to meet deadlines and handle heavy workload/ pressure.
