Responsibilities

Lead an agile team in a dynamic, fastpaced environment to ideate, design and deliver highquality prototypes and explore new technological frontiers.
Establish strategic directions for the Emerging Technologies and Rapid Prototyping Lab to uplift industry capabilities in emerging technologies, securing buyin from senior stakeholders across various ministries and agencies.
Constantly pushing technology boundaries by developing pioneering, highimpact product prototypes and pivoting them for producttomarket fit. Mature successful prototypes for MVP development by delivery teams.
Collaborate with product, incubation and delivery teams to curate and set requirements for products.
Foster an innovative and highperforming team culture, promoting continuous learning, improvement, and readiness to take on new challenges.
Develop comprehensive capability and talent development plans for the team, identifying core competencies and organizing capabilities development programmes for crucial hard and soft skills.
Coach and mentor staff, facilitating a culture of knowledge sharing and exploration within the organisation.

Requirements:

Demonstrated experience in leading innovation and experimentation team, from monitoring emerging trends and technologies, to ideation, to feasibility analysis, alignment of goals, design, and to implementation.
Ability to think creatively and innovatively, able to inspire, motive and develop a highperforming team.
Proven experience in working with crossfunctional teams.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as strong presentation and engagement skills
Exceptional stakeholder management skills to collaborate with both local and overseas partners and stakeholders.
Highly selfdriven, a team player and fast learner.

Position will be commensurate with experience.
