About Our Client:
American company that manufactures fans, coolers, for industrial, agricultural, commercial and residential use.
- Responsible for supporting full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, exit, benefits administration, employee engagement, training development, compensation, updating, and maintaining confidential information in HR Information system
- Responsible for recruitment activities such as job posting, sourcing, arranging interviews, job offers.
- Ensure the HR practices are in compliance with statutory requirements.
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems and procedures across the organization.
- Nurture a positive working environment.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Provide advice and handle all employee inquiries on HRrelated matters.
- Any other general administrative duties/adhoc projects as assigned
The Successful Applicant:
- Relevant Diploma, Degree in Business/HRM
- About 5 years background as a HR Generalist
- Proficient in employment act, government regulatory guidelines
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel & Word, Experience in HRMS or related HR tools
