LiT Strategy is a boutique strategy consulting firm which specialises in providing consulting services to SMEs to drive decision making.

We provide SMEs with quality business advisory services to help them alleviate their pain points and seize business opportunities.

We are looking for an Administrative Executive to manage our growing offices. This is a full-time position and is available in Singapore.

Primary Roles & Responsibilities:

Administration & HR

Office Upkeep
Monitor the maintenance of the office premises, assess maintenance requirements/requests, decide appropriate actions, source suppliers/ service providers as required standards and maintain administration documentation.
Assist with organising the logistics related to meetings/team events (e.g. venue bookings, refreshments etc.)
Filing and maintenance of relevant documentation

Willing to help with HR and office matters

Finance

Able to independently process GST for the company
Able to independently process full financial statements compilation
Able to independently pricess monthly claims and reimbursement

Able to assist with budgetting and forecasting

Requirements:

Polytechnic qualification (or above) in business, human resources, or a related field.
At least 4 years of working experience.
Good English communication skills both written and verbal
Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Pleasant personality. Ability to work with multinational teams.
Multitasking skills and a selfstarter
Have prior experience in Finance or adminstration
Graduated (Poly or equivalent) from Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics or other related major
Possess good communication, analytical and problemsolving skills with strong skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel
Be proficient in spoken and written English. Proficiency in one or more of the ASEAN languages is an advantage but not compulsor
