Location:
Central Singapore
Responsibilities:
- Management of the full spectrum of company secretarial duties
- To ensure compliance in alignment to the provision of Singapore Corporate enactments and statutory reporting
- Internal and external management of clients
- Attending meetings and drafting of minutes, whenever applicable
- Other related assignments as assigned by the reporting manager
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma holder in business studies or related discipline
- At least 3 to 5 years relevant corporate secretarial experiences
- Chartered Secretary (ICSA)certification would be of an added advantage although it is not essential
- Literacy in English and Mandarin are essential
- Computer proficiency in MS Office Application
- Good communication skills and ability to work well as a team player
Another Client, a Listed firm is seeking to recruit a Company Secretary as part of their growth plan
Company Secretary - Job Description:
Location:
Singapore
Responsibilities:
- To act as company secretary for the listed entity and other Singaporeincorporated subsidiaries
- Manage a full spectrum of corporate secretarial work for the group, including coordination and facilitating quarterly board meetings, minutes writing and resolution, and providing advice and support to board members
- Attend Annual General Meeting
- Act as SGX authorised user/representative, prepare and release SGX announcements, and submission of documents to SGX RegCo
- Liaise with corporate service providers, auditors, lawyers and other external parties on Corporate secretarial matters
- Support the management and board members in the corporate secretarial and compliance matters
Responsibilities:
- Possess a Bachelor's Degree in a related field and ICSA qualification
- Possess mínimally 8 years of experience in managing corporate secretarial matters, preferably in a listed company
- Good knowledge of the Singapore Companies Act 1967 and SGX Listing Rules
- Able to communicate and work well with people
