Description
**Job DescriptionTo provide admininistrative support to a mid-sized CPA firm
Key Responsibilities.
- Daytoday office admin duties including answering phone calls, going to the bank.
- Generate invoices, prepare payment, updating the full set of accounts
- Perform adhoc duties when required.
Requirements:
- With experience in EXCEL and WORD;
- Some working experience in a CPA firm is preferred;
- Possess high degree of professionalism and is able to handle deadlines with commitment;
- Should have good interpersonnel skills.
- Fast learner, multitasking, team player
- Diploma; Advanced Diploma; degree in accountancy or equivalent qualifications;
