Responsibilities

Assist in the development of annual budgets and financial forecasts
Provide financial analysis and insights to support management decision making
Monitor actual financial performance against budgets and forecasts
Timely submission of management reports, including reporting to investors, with analysis on financial variance in P&L and Balance sheet items and consolidated cash flow report
Monitor daily cash balances and forecast cash flow needs.
Prepare and present financial reports, including cash flow statements, to senior management and stakeholders.
Partner with various teams to identify trends, interpret performance and develop views to support business operations and to offer advice to management in the analyticsbased decision making process
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements
Maintain a strong adherence to the company's internal controls, supervising the preparation of accurate management, tax, and statutory reports
Transfer pricing documentation and negotiation of business contracts Ensure good internal controls are in place and in compliance with the corporate policies, accounting standards and statutory requirements

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance /Accounting
CPA or CA qualified
At least 15 years of experience in a similar role and capacity
Possess solid financial knowledge and skills, proficient in using various financial software and tools.
Excellent analytical skills and an eye for detail and accuracy
Selfmotivated and driven individual who can also work well in team settings Strong sense of responsibility and professionalism with the ability to adapt quickly to changes.
