Day-to-Day Task:

Performing Service Request submission and deployment support activities for the different environment. (SIT, UAT, PROD)
Updating system documentation.
Performing and managing stages of the SDLC and participate in the systems review with Project Lead/Manager.
Designing and documenting system design, architecture and propose appropriate technologies and tools required to implement systems; and ensure users signoff on design specifications.
