Job Description:

You will be responsible for preparing and serving meals to a group of preschool children. Following the menu provided by the school, you will ensure the children receive nutritious and timely meals. Efficient time management is crucial to meet meal deadlines.

As a part of the team, your role will involve meal preparation, delivery to classrooms, kitchen and dining area cleanliness maintenance, waste disposal, food stock management, and general kitchen upkeep. Occasional cleaning duties are also required on weekdays and some Saturdays.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve meals for children (Breakfast, Lunch, Refreshments)
• Deliver meals to classrooms
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in kitchen and dining areas
• Assist with kitchen cleaning and utensil maintenance
• Handle waste disposal and dishwashing
• Assist in food stock management
• Ensure drinking water availability in classrooms
• Perform cleaning tasks when necessary (44 hours per week)

Requirements:

• Prior experience in food preparation for large groups
• Effective time management abilities
• Possession of basic food hygiene certification
• Collaborative and friendly approach in interactions with colleagues and children
