**Job Title: Design Architect (Design & Architecture)

**Location: Jurong East, Singapore

we are seeking a seasoned Design Architect to lead our Design & Architecture projects across commercial spaces, landed properties, and residential projects.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced start-up environment and play a key role in shaping the future of Design & Architecture industry in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:

Involve in business development meetings and networking sessions.
Lead the design process from concept development through to construction documentation.
Create innovative and aesthetically pleasing architectural designs that reflect the unique vision along with the ability to align with clients' requirements.
Develop detailed architectural drawings, renderings, and presentations using industrystandard software.
Collaborate closely with clients, project managers, and consultants to ensure every design objectives are met, completion within project timelines and budget.
Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure construction progress meets design intent and quality standards.
Stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in architecture and design.
Mentor junior staff members and provide guidance and support as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution, registered with the Board of Architects, Singapore
Minimum of 5 years of experience working in an architectural firm, with a focus on highend residential, commercial, or hospitality projects.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Vray SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design software will be advantageous
Strong design sensibility and ability to develop innovative and compelling design concepts.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Knowledge of sustainable design principles and LEED accreditation is a plus.
Professional licensure or eligibility to become licensed is preferred.
Working rights required for this role.
Preferably able to start work immediately.
