Job Description:


Reporting directly to the Group HR Director and working closely with the HR team as well as key stakeholders, you will play a critical role in our continued HR growth.

Your efforts will drive innovation and improvement, empowering and supporting our most valuable asset—our people.

**Primary Focus Areas: - Talent Acquisition / Recruitment


Supporting:


  • Daily Operations & HR Support
  • Employee Engagement
  • Reporting Analytics
  • Compliance

Secondary Support:


  • Compensation & Benefits
  • Performance Management
  • Learning & Development / Training
  • Any other HR Functional Areas or Skill-Development Tasks as assigned by the Group HR Director

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Statistics, Business Administration, or Finance
  • No experience required as training and mentorship will be provided for your growth and development
  • Strong willingness to learn
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
  • An analytical and inquisitive mindset, keen to explore and challenge HR norms
  • Ability to work cohesively in a strong team environment and build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • High levels of attention to detail, with meticulous accuracy in analytics, calculations, figures, and presentation
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
