Human Resources Executive (Entry Level)

Job Description:
Reporting directly to the Group HR Director and working closely with the HR team as well as key stakeholders, you will play a critical role in our continued HR growth.
**Primary Focus Areas: - Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
Supporting:
- Daily Operations & HR Support
- Employee Engagement
- Reporting Analytics
- Compliance
Secondary Support:
- Compensation & Benefits
- Performance Management
- Learning & Development / Training
- Any other HR Functional Areas or Skill-Development Tasks as assigned by the Group HR Director
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Statistics, Business Administration, or Finance
- No experience required as training and mentorship will be provided for your growth and development
- Strong willingness to learn
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- An analytical and inquisitive mindset, keen to explore and challenge HR norms
- Ability to work cohesively in a strong team environment and build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- High levels of attention to detail, with meticulous accuracy in analytics, calculations, figures, and presentation
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
