We are currently looking for an Innovation Lab Lead for a VC firm. Your main task will be to set up an incubator for Pharmaceutical/Biopharma companies in Singapore from scratch. This includes selecting a location, overseeing construction and outfitting, and attracting tenants to fill the space.

Your role will also involve building relationships with industry professionals, entrepreneurs, research institutes, and universities to identify and attract promising companies and scientific innovations.

Once the Singapore incubator is successfully established, the next step will be to expand regionally by collaborating with other incubators or building new ones.

Requirements:
Background in scientific/technical fields related to the Pharmaceutical industry
Experience in commercial or investment roles
Prior experience in setting up incubators or laboratories
Knowledge of regional markets
