What the role is
- Manage the PA service schemes, compensation and benefits
What you will be working on
- Key duties and responsibilities that need to be performed to meet the primary objective of the job. This will include the important result areas (what) along with the rationale (why).
- Service schemes, compensation and benefits
- Conduct reviews on the PA and RCM schemes, reemployment, terms & conditions of employment, remuneration and benefits matters
- Administer payments of salary, variable payments and increments
- Administer benefits matters such as leave, medical, travel and insurance
- Updates the SOPs and workflows on HR policies, Staff Manual and practice guides and HR information in the Intranet to keep staff informed of the HR policies in the PA.
What we are looking for
- Preferably 2 years' HR work experience
- Experience in using Workday will be advantageous
- Strong analytical skills & comfortable in handling large datasets.
- Good interpersonal, communication, management and organization skills with positive attitude.
- Selfdriven and able to work independently and in team and able to multitask
- Willing to learn and possess high level of initiatives
- Adept at picking up IT knowledge such as Workday
