Reporting to the Head of FP&A of Lazada Group, this role will be responsible for the implementation and continuous improvement of Lazada Group's performance management framework including regular performance reporting and management, annual budgeting and longterm planning for the group that has a diverse business in 6 countries.
Leading and supporting the groupwide target setting, budgeting, and forecasting process for businesses and countries, including risk and opportunity assessments. Identify and align KPI and operational measures to enable business result delivery.
Drive cost efficiency, benchmarking, and working capital initiatives for business unit
Provide weekly / monthly / quarterly financial reporting and variance explanations to the Board, the management, and functions.
Provide management with timely, accurate, and insightful financial analysis to monitor business KPIs and financial results, enable key strategic decisionmaking
Work closely with various business as well as finance teams to understand overall business performance. Provide guidance to finance and business teams on impact to management reporting from various operations and business activities.
Support the other regional and country Finance teams in a variety of ad hoc projects and tasks as required

Job Requirements

To be successful in the role, you should ideally have:
Bachelor or Master's degree in Business Administration or Finance required, with a CPA or CFA certification as an additional plus
Minimum 710 years of working experience in Financial reporting / planning / budgeting with regional management experience
Strong business analysis and financial modelling skills is a must
Solid knowledge of financial and management reporting systems and solid technical accounting skills
Able to work collaboratively with others across various business environments, cultures and teams
Excellent presentation, communication and influencing skills
Ability to communicate with top management
Meticulous, goodtime management and possess high level of initiative and integrity.
