Senior Manager (Strategic Partnership and Regional Sales)


We are seeking highly motivated, can-do attitude individual who enjoys networking and establishing relationships to join our team as
Senior Manager, Strategic Partnership and Regional Sales.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing commercial and strategic relationships with key accounts/partners to find ways to work together to create new products, services and/or market in extending market reach, accessing new customer segments and driving revenue.


Responsibilities
-
Develop and implement business plan for each strategic accounts

  • Identify, develop, execute strategies to build relationship with strategic accounts ( eg. Microsoft, World Wide Technology Group, Envision, Idemia, Tech Mahindra, local/regional Telcos etc ) and formalize/negotiate agreement to develop strategic plan that outlines goals of partnership
  • Lead seniorexecutive level discussion to create and drive joint business and engagement plan like determining which products or services should be developed jointly, how they should be marketed, including timeline and action items for all parties involved
  • Monitor the progress of each strategic partnership to ensure that goals are being met and any hiccups in the process are being addressed
  • Generate and review reports on activity within partnership to identify opportunities for improvement or expansion

Drive strategic partners enablement and engagement to deliver revenue generating activities

  • Establish mindshare and get buyin on common goals across each of nominated strategic partners wider team across different regions
  • Enable strategic partners' sales and technical teams across different regions
  • Develop joint marketing and promotional activities with strategic partners and contribute to partnership program growth and success
  • Analyse competitors' strategic partners to identify strengths and weaknesses that could be used to improve own company's partners

Global/Regional enterprise account management

  • Start as individual contributor and potentially build a team when business grows
  • Work in partnership with
  • Director of Sales identify and target key corporate accounts and large customers that span across multiple territories
- other regional sales managers to develop and implement commercial execution plans to achieve desired business objectives and improve overall business practices

  • Lead strategic account planning for key accounts and execute to meet sales target

Requirement

  • Diploma/degree in Engineering or Business Management
  • More than 10 years experience and proven record in business development/account management in MNC/startup, successfully exceeds sales targets
  • Highly goaloriented, assertive and handson problem solver
  • Strategic thinker and demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of organization
  • Excellent negotiation and analytical skills regarding contractual, technical and issues with client/partner
  • Experience initiating/driving new business opportunities
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities and able to operate in a fastpaced environment
  • Available to overseas travel as needed (30%)
**Work location: near Jurong East MRT (Hybrid model)
