Description
Oversee projects from contract initiation to goods delivery, coordinating across internal departments.

  • Ensure comprehensive grasp of project scope and specifications, managing engineering, procurement, fabrication, testing, and commissioning.
  • Drive project advancement by initiating, confirming, instructing, and expediting tasks.
  • Conduct technical and commercial assessments, collaborating with internal teams, suppliers, and clients.
  • Supervise project timeline, documentation, quality, shipping, invoicing, and expenses.
  • Generate and update reports as required, while proactively addressing project risks.
  • Manage customer concerns and deviations, handling claim management as needed.
  • Maintain positive project cash flow and ensure prompt payments.
  • Provide precontract assistance to the Sales team and mentor new project engineers when necessary.

Job Requirements:


  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Possess more than 5 years of project management experience.
  • Preferably have executed process plant projects in the petrochemical industry.
  • Prior involvement with EPC companies or EPC projects is advantageous.
  • Proficient in SAP.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
