Test Manager - Singapore - MATRIX PROCESS AUTOMATION PTE. LTD.
Description
Should have good understanding on the Document Management system with OCR capabilities and multiple integrations.- Must played the test manager role earlier in banks
- Must drafted test strategy/test plan/reporting in previous role
- Strong domain knowledge on the treasury/payments systems like G3/SWIFT
- Should have good logical thinking
- Able to handle at least 5 resources efficiently
- Should have proven records on agile delivery approaches
- Must have great communication and interpersonal skills and should be a good team player
- Should able to align the plans and execution with the overall program execution plan
- Should be flexible while employing the shared resources (multiple system will be shared across various projects).
- Experience with Loan Origination system will be added advantage
