Admin Assistant - Singapore - TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD.
Description
Main Responsibilities
- Backend administrative matters, coordinating client orders to ensure timely processing.
- Organize and maintain Excel records, along with other administrative duties, as necessary.
- Handle the preparation and printing of materials needed for events and publishing.
- Maintain warehouse equipment and supplies in good working order and ensure all equipment and vehicles are clean and wellmaintained.
- Work closely with suppliers, clients, and colleagues to ensure effective coordination. Tech savvy due to heavily relies on tech, Excel, Sheets, WhatsApp, Google Drive.
Requirement
- Able to work on weekend & shift setting
- Training provided 9am 5pm
