We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Market Operations Manager to join our team.

As a Product and User Growth Operation Manager, you will play a key role in driving our company's digital transformation efforts and asset digitalization strategy.

Leveraging your expertise in blockchain technology and fintech, you will be responsible for designing and implementing product roadmaps, ensuring operational efficiency, and maintaining compliance and licensing standards.

In addition, you will support various market activities to promote our brand and engage with customers.

Responsibilities:

Brand management: Assist in maintaining and promoting the company's brand image, ensuring consistency and effective communication of brand information. Participate in formulating brand strategies and market positioning, and collaborate with design teams to develop brand promotional materials.
Market promotion support: Assist in formulating and executing market promotion strategies, including online advertising, content marketing, and partnership relations. Track the progress and effectiveness of marketing activities and provide relevant reports and analysis.
Customer relationship management: Assist in establishing and maintaining a customer relationship management system, track communication and progress with potential and existing customers. Collaborate with sales teams to provide market support and ensure customer needs are met.
Market activity support: Assist in planning and organizing market activities, such as exhibitions, seminars, and online events. Manage venue reservations, material preparations, event promotion, and followup.
Website and social media maintenance: Responsible for maintaining and updating company website content to ensure accuracy and timeliness. Manage and maintain social media accounts, create engaging content, and interact with users.
Market data analysis: Collect, organize, and analyze market data, including competitive intelligence, user research, and market trends. Provide recommendations regarding market activities and strategies, track the effectiveness of market activities, and provide relevant reports and analysis.
Proficient in using tools such as Sensor Data, Seer, and Tableau to provide data analysis of platform product metrics and monitor user data, supporting decisionmaking and operational optimization.
Experienced in managing multiple projects in the blockchain field, including public blockchains and exchange platforms, with the ability to establish partnerships with exchanges, projects, media, and communities.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
Strong work experience in market operations, digital transformation, and blockchain technology.
Proven track record of driving growth through successful product planning and delivery.
Indepth knowledge of blockchain technology, fintech, and digital asset management.
Proficiency in data analytics, user experience design, and product optimization.
Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English and Chinese (both written and spoken).
Strong understanding of fintech, digital asset management, and market dynamics.
Certifications in Project Management Professional (PMP) and Data Analytics are preferred.
