Global Human Resources, Asia Pacific - HR Business Advisory 2 (GHRA - BA2)

Internship Period: 1 Aug Dec 2024


Our team of HR Business Partners and Advisors collaborate with the Business stakeholders to translate their business plans into specific HR strategies and solutions.

We collaborate with our Centre of Excellence (COEs) and provide advice to our Business Stakeholders across all areas of HR such as Policy Interpretation, Compensation & Benefits, Change Management, Employee Engagement, Performance Management, Talent Acquisition, Mobility and Talent Management.


In this internship opportunity, you will be part of our HR Business Partnering function, with exposure to a wide array of HR functions, supporting in the non-front office business units.

At the end of your learning journey with us, you will have a holistic understanding of the end-to-end HR processes involved in an employee lifecycle.

Your specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Support the team on a wide range of HR matters
  • Coordinate with the other COEs within HR on operational matters such as internship recruitment and staff movements
  • Be part of the committee to plan and organize bankwide social & recreation activities
  • Provide support in the market research, idea generation and development of sustainability management initiatives relating to HR
  • Address queries and issues from employees when required
  • Involvement in annual exercises such as review of talent assessment & succession planning, job benchmarking exercise
  • Assist in the data analytics and preparation of HR reports & presentation materials
  • Opportunity to be involved in the implementation of HR initiatives and special projects

Requirements:


  • Related degree in HR or similar field
  • Proactive team player who is able to multitask and work independently in a fastpaced environment
  • Good verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills adept at dealing with and engaging people at all levels
  • Eye for details
