UX/UI DESIGNER

Company Overview

Our Flagship KIMIA system has gained international recognition, most recently being awarded the James Dyson National Award Winner for 2020.

The Full Stack Engineer will work closely with the company's leadership and guiding a team of junior software developers in the development of the company's software offerings.

The Tech Lead will be responsible for crafting and implementing the software development plan to assist in the actualization of the long-term vision of the company by successfully meeting the needs of musculoskeletal patients, clinicians, and fitness enthusiasts.

Responsibilities and Duties
Creating user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, and user feedback

Creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes and mockups

Translating requirements into style guides, design systems, design patterns and attractive user interfaces

Creating original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables)

Identifying and troubleshooting UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)

Collaborating effectively with product, engineering, marketing and management teams

Incorporating customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings into design in order to enhance user experience

Qualifications
Minimum Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Design or relevant field

Knowledge of wireframe tools (Figma, AdobeXD, InVision)

Up-to-date knowledge and experience of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop

Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders

Prior experience working as a software developer is highly preferred.

Industrial experience in healthcare industry is greatly preferrable

Exuding strong leadership, management skills with strong inter-personal communication skills are greatly preferrable

Able to work in a fast-paced startup environment

Salary:
$3, $6,000.00 per month
