Motor & Personal Lines Operations (MPL) is a team that supports the General Insurance (GI) operations at Income.

We played a key role in GI Consumer Business by supporting our stakeholders in Underwriting, Policy Servicing and Claims processing.

As an Executive in MPL, Personal Lines Claims, your key responsibilities include the following:

Ensure prompt, fair and reasonable claims settlement
Negotiate settlement of claims within the authority limit
Work with various external service providers such as assistance company and loss adjusters to administer claims
To assist supervisor in preparing and analyzing exception reports and daily productivity reports'¢ Degree/Diploma holder

'¢ Service oriented with excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
'¢ Sensible judgement and attention to detail
'¢ Confident decision-making skill
'¢ Competent with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
'¢ 1 to 2 years' experience in handling Personal Lines claims will be an added advantage
'¢ Successful applicant will be required to obtain relevant insurance qualification (BCP, PGI & ComGI)
