Description

The Sales Support Specialist provides quality service to company's internal and external customers in all assigned tasks, while upholding company Values at all times

Responsibilities:

Notifies customers of expiring licenses, and coordinates with them to utilize them
Send requests to swap licenses and switch demo to a paid account
Bills resellers monthly or quarterly
Supports resellers with any order processing matters
Covers for SSL Support or SSL Inside Sales Support officers tasks when needed
Checks and updates inventory record of the customers
Prepare/Process Delivery Order, Vendor Registration Application, Non-Disclosure Agreement, and any other documentation required.
Interact with customers on verification process as well as Resellers and Partner to identify and resolve technical issues
Coordinate with and escalate highly technical issues to the Service Delivery Team and/or Partner if necessary
Any other adhoc duties

Requirement:

Diploma graduate in Computer/Information Technology and/or Business Admin/Sales & Marketing with at least 2 years relevant work experience
Well organized, able to perform with mínimal supervision and also a team player.
Changes approach or method to best fit the situation and has company's interest at heart
Handles customers effectively in any circumstances
Ability to multitask and handle consistent workflow
Develop and foster relationships
Initiative to followup on pending issues and organize and assign work.
Exhibits Product knowledge or selfmotivate or has interest to understudy
Effective oral, written and telephone skills.
Able to commence work immediately or within short notice
